Craig McCracken directed The Powerpuff Girls, an American animated series with six seasons and 78 episodes. In this cartoon show, the main characters are the three sisters named Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. The girls have some power, which they use to kill the criminals. 

Blossom is the elder sister and the group leader. Bubbles is the sensitive and strongest one, and Buttercup, the younger sister, is aggressive and protective. The girl lives with her father, a scientist named Professor Utonium, in Townsville. At first, the name of the Powerpuff Girls was Whoopass Girls. Its final episode was aired on March 25, 2005.

2. Courage the Cowardly Dog

John R. Dilworth directed this horror comedy cartoon, Courage the Cowardly Dog, on November 12, 1999. The main character is a dog named Courage. After abandoning a family, a lady named Muriel Bagge adopted Courage. However, her husband, Eustace Bagge, did not like him. They live together in Kannas, and Eustace uses a scary mask to scare him. 

Furthermore, he is a pink dog who hides his fear and fights monsters, aliens, zombies, and other creatures to protect his owners. The show ended in 2002 but was one of Cartoon Network’s most-watched cartoons. 

3. Johnny Bravo

Van Partible created the romantic comedy Johnny Bravo on July 14, 1997. It is one of the best old cartoons of all time. Johnny Bravo is the main lead of the cartoon. In this show, Johny, who lives in Aron City, is seen in a black T-shirt, blue jeans, sunglasses, a muscular body, and blonde hair. He tries to impress women and grab their attention but ends up failing. 

Moreover, he lives with his mother, Bunny “Momma” Bravo, who always wears cat-eye sunglasses. However, her neighbour’s daughter, Little Suzy, is an intelligent girl who adores Johnny. The show ended on August 27, 2004, with a total of 65 episodes. 

4. The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy

Vincent Davis and Louis J. Cuck produced The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy on June 13, 2003. In this cartoon, Billy is a cold-hearted girl; Mandy is a happy and cheerful boy, and Grim becomes their friend for life after they lose the bet with Grim. It is a supernatural, comedy horror, black comedy, and slapstick show. The show ended on November 9, 2007.

5. Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated

Mitch Watson and Victor Cook produced Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated on April 5, 2010. It is a mystery and comedy drama. This cartoon has five main characters: Fred Jones, Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley, Norville “Shaggy” Rogers, and Scooby-Doo. These are the mystery solvers, and with the help of Scooby Doo, they try to find the ghost and their history.

However, in most episodes, the ghosts are not real and only want to scare people. The team solves the mystery in Crystal Cove. They stick together and discover the dark secrets of the things around them. The show ended on April 5, 2013. It is one of the best old cartoon shows in the history of cartoons. 

6. Ben 10

Ben 10 is Cartoon Network’s longest-running show. It was released in 2005 and features the main characters Ben Tennyson, Gwen, and Vilgax. Ben discovers a wristwatch called Omnitrix. With the watch, he can change his character and become a different alien. The watch contains the alien’s DNA. At first, he had only ten aliens but later added more. 

Gwen and Vilgax also have powers and help Ben kill the creatures. However, sometimes he chooses an alien to transfer to, but due to issues, it converts him into a different one. He got the watch during his summer vacation when he visited his grandpa Max. 

7. Doraemon

Shogakukan published Doraemon in 1969. It is one of the best old cartoons. The main characters are Nobita and Doraemon. In this cartoon, Doraemon has unlimited gadgets in his pocket. With his gadgets, he always helps Nobita whenever he needs them. Gian and Suneo are the characters who always hurt Nobita and get him in trouble. But Doraemon always helps him.
